Progress Reports

Progress reports went home on Friday. I hope you all had a chance to look at them and if you have any questions please see me. If they can wait until our scheduled conference time that would be great. I will send home notices for conferences tomorrow.


Please do not forget about Jean Day tomorrow. It is only a $1 and to help raise money for technology.

All the Entertainment Books have been turned in or sold!! Thank you all for making my first Entertainment Book fundraiser a success!

Spelling Test tomorrow, please make sure to study.

Harvest Fest is soon approaching, as of right now our booth is Spider Darts, if you have any other suggestions please let me know. I will also need volunteers to work our booth, I will have a sign up sheet at parent teacher conferences.

Don't forget that the spelling words are not at the beginning of a sentence or names, please practice writing lower case letters for each word.

$1 Jean Day and Campus Clean Up Day

Happy Fall!! Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. Spelling tests will go home tomorrow, I was not able to finish grading them before the end of the day Friday. Tomorrow is $1 jean day, this will help raise money for technology. Tomorrow will also be a campus clean up day, we will be assigned an area of the school to pick up litter. Your child has been learning about school pride and making sure our campus is safe and clean. If you have any questions please email me or stop by the classroom.

Word Finds

Tonight for homework your child has a word find. If they have any problems with it please let me know. It is ok if they do not finish it, we can work on it in class if we need to. Don't forget about the spelling test tomorrow, they will need to write the sentence found on their word preview so please practice that with them tonight. Everyone have a wonderful night.

This week we will have bonus words that the students can try. They will also be asked to write the sentence on their test. We are practicing sentence writing and it is very important that they have the first letter capitalized and punctuation at the end.
